Event Staging and Stage Rentals in Vancouver & the Lower Mainland

Valley Tech designs, delivers, builds, and strikes event staging across Vancouver and the Fraser Valley — decks, risers, platforms, ramps, and mobile stages sized to the venue and the crowd rather than a one-size answer. Standard decks, risers, platforms, and skirted builds, including our 20×20 stage with tent, rent as standalone gear for teams running their own show; Stageline mobile stage rentals come as a full production add-on, delivered, set up, and operated on site by a Valley Tech crew. We scope the deck size, stage height, and layout from the venue and the run-of-show — whatever has to fit on deck, whether that’s a band and its backline, a head table, or a speaker and a lectern — and add truss and rigging for overhead lighting and sound positions built to the load the show needs. The same team scales from a low conference riser to a full festival mobile stage, indoors or outdoors.

01 — Designed to the venue

A stage built for the room, not pulled off a shelf

We start from the venue and the run-of-show — the room, the sightlines, where the audience sits, and everything that has to fit on deck, whether that’s a band and its backline, a head table, or a speaker and a lectern.

From there we scope the deck size, the stage height, and the layout to match, with skirting, stairs, and rails or ramps where the site calls for them. Indoors or outdoors, the stage is drawn to your event — not forced to fit whatever came off the truck.

02 — Delivered, built & struck

Set up and torn down by a crew that does it every week

Our crew delivers the staging, builds it on site, skirts and dresses it, and strikes it when the event is over — so your team isn’t wrestling deck sections between load-in and doors.

Where the show needs overhead positions, we add truss and rigging for lighting and sound, built to the load your production actually calls for and handled by experienced crew — with safe access, tidy cable runs, and clean sightlines as part of the build, not an afterthought.

03 — At any scale

From a corporate ballroom riser to a festival main stage

The same team scales from a low riser for a conference panel or a head table at a gala, up to a full mobile stage for a concert or festival — including Stageline mobile stages and modular deck builds for indoor and outdoor sites. Standard decks, risers, platforms and skirted builds — including our 20×20 stage with tent — rent as standalone gear for teams running their own show; our Stageline mobile stage rentals come as a production add-on, delivered, set up, and operated on site by a Valley Tech crew.

Concerts, festivals, corporate conferences, galas and special events across Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. And because staging usually shares a footprint with sound, lighting, video, and power, one production partner can cover the whole build instead of coordinating vendors who never meet until load-in.

Our Stageline mobile stage fleet runs from the 24×20 SL100 through the 32×24 SL250 up to the 40×40 SL320 — sized to the site rather than one fixed deck.

Common questions

Event staging, answered

Can you size a stage to fit our specific band/backline or head table, or is it a standard size?

We start from your venue and run-of-show, not a standard size — the deck size, stage height, and layout get scoped to whatever has to fit on deck, whether that’s a band and its backline, a head table, or a speaker and a lectern.

Do you deliver and build the stage, or do we need our own crew to assemble it?

Our crew delivers the staging, builds it on site, skirts and dresses it, and strikes it when the event’s over — so your team isn’t wrestling deck sections between load-in and doors.

Can you rent us a stage without the full production crew, if we’re running our own show?

Yes — standard decks, risers, platforms, and skirted builds, including our 20×20 stage with tent, rent as standalone gear for teams running their own show. Our Stageline mobile stage rentals, by contrast, come as a production add-on, delivered, set up, and operated on site by a Valley Tech crew.

Do you handle outdoor stages, like for a festival or concert, not just indoor risers?

Yes — the same team scales from a low riser for a conference panel up to a full mobile stage for a concert or festival, including Stageline mobile stage platforms and modular deck builds for both indoor and outdoor sites.

Can you add rigging for lighting or sound positions above the stage?

Yes — where the show needs overhead positions, we add truss and rigging built to the load your production actually calls for, handled by experienced crew as part of the build.

How early should we talk to you about staging for our event?

Early — deck size, stage height, and safe access are far easier to get right before the floor plan is locked, so reach out as soon as you’re scoping the room.
