Concert and Festival Production Across the Lower Mainland

Valley Tech produces concert and festival AV — full-scale sound, lighting, staging, and power — for outdoor and large-scale live events across the Lower Mainland, from single-stage concerts to multi-day festivals. We bring concert-grade sound reinforcement scaled to the venue and crowd, moving lights and LED wash for stage looks, and modular staging including Stageline mobile stage platforms and indoor/outdoor stage builds sized to the site rather than a one-size setup. Truss and rigging go up for lighting and sound positions built to the load your show needs, and for outdoor or off-grid sites we supply generators and full power distribution sized to run the stage, vendors, and site infrastructure for the whole event. One Valley Tech production team covers sound, lighting, staging, and power from load-in to the final encore, instead of separate vendors meeting for the first time on site.

01 — Sound & lighting

Sound and lighting built for scale

Concert and festival audio and lighting aren’t a scaled-up version of a conference-room setup — different coverage patterns, different rigging, different power draw.

We bring concert-grade sound reinforcement scaled to the venue and crowd, moving lights and LED wash for stage looks, and crews who specialize in outdoor, large-venue production.

02 — Staging & rigging

A stage built for the site, not the other way around

We supply modular staging — including Stageline mobile stage platforms and indoor/outdoor stage builds — sized and configured to the site, not a one-size-fits-all setup.

Add truss and rigging for lighting and sound positions, built to the load your show actually needs.

Our Stageline mobile stage fleet ranges from the 24×20 SL100 up to the 40×40 SL320 for full festival-scale builds.

03 — Power & crew

Power and one crew, across the whole footprint

Outdoor festivals and off-grid sites need their own power plan — we supply generators and full power distribution, sized to run the stage, vendors, and site infrastructure for the full length of the event, not just soundcheck.

And from load-in to the final encore, one production team covers sound, lighting, staging, and power — rather than juggling separate vendors who don’t talk to each other on site.

Common questions

Concert & festival production, answered

Can you handle sound and lighting for an outdoor festival, not just an indoor stage?

Yes — outdoor and large-scale live events are a different job than a ballroom setup, and it’s what our crews specialize in: concert-grade sound reinforcement scaled to the venue and crowd, moving lights and LED wash for the stage look, and rigging built for outdoor conditions.

Do you supply the stage itself, or just the sound and lighting?

Both. We supply modular staging — including Stageline mobile stage platforms and indoor/outdoor stage builds — sized to the site, plus truss and rigging for lighting and sound positions built to the load your show needs.

What about power for an off-grid or outdoor site — do you handle that too?

Yes. Outdoor festivals and off-grid sites need their own power plan, and we supply generators and full power distribution sized to run the stage, vendors, and site infrastructure for the full length of the event, not just soundcheck.

How many vendors are we coordinating for a concert or festival — sound, lighting, staging, power all separately?

Just one. From load-in to the final encore, one Valley Tech production team covers sound, lighting, staging, and power, instead of you juggling separate vendors who don’t talk to each other on site.

How early should we talk to you about site power and staging for a festival?

Early — site power and staging decisions are far easier to get right before the site plan is locked, so reach out as soon as you have a site and a date.

Do you work festivals and concerts across the whole Lower Mainland?

Yes — we produce concert and festival AV across the Lower Mainland, indoor and outdoor sites, including Stageline mobile stage rentals.
